In 2019, the committee of ‘38th Hong Kong Film Awards’ invited Adrian as a producer and director to produce a series of current affairs documentaries about caring for the underprivileged children entitled ‘A Little Big Dream’.


In 2015, Adrian has produced and directed a public affairs short film and a documentary entitled ‘My Daughter’s Story’ for Joshua Hellmann Foundation for Orphan Disease, The Vital Step Program, and Mead Johnson Nutrition. This production has won 9 awards across 6 Major PR Awards in Hong Kong & The Region in 2016.


In 2019, Adrian has produced and directed a public affairs short film and a documentary entitled ‘Miracle of Love’ for Fertility Preservation Project, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Unit, Department of Obstetrics & Gonadectomy, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Prince of Wales Hospital and Wai Yin Association.



Hong Kong lags behind many other cities in providing access for people with visual impairment in 2010. Hong Kong movie director Adrian Kwan and scriptwriter Hannah Chang with Emily Chan, the manager of an organization for blind hosted the first screening for the blind accompanied by verbal descriptions at a Kowloon Tong cinema. Over 100 visually impaired people turned out. The aim of providing descriptive audio tracks so that blind people are able to enjoy films along with everyone else.

Adrian also is the founder of a multimedia production company named Montage Productions since 2005. Montage Productions provides all kinds of film production services with the best quality creation and production for major enterprises and institutions. Montage Productions has also established a brand-new YouTube Channel in 2020 to produce various programs such as movie review programs and psychological life message programs.
